What is HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

Hypnosis allows an individual to experience deep relaxation and focussed attention to appropriate suggestions made by the hypnotherapist with regards to the matter at hand.

General Session £70

4 sessions is the average but this is client led. The first session is 90 minutes. During this session we find your story and a therapy plan is tailored to your needs. Following sessions are about an hour.

Smoking Cessation £150

Stop smoking is a 1 session process lasting around an hour and a half. A support audio is provided and a free top up session is available within 6 months, if necessary.

Virtual Gastric Band £350

This is a 4 session process. Using the power of your own mind you reap the same rewards as you would with a real gastric band without the surgery. Small healthy meals, exercise and hydration are the focus of the process. A support audio is provided.

Virtual Weight Loss Injections £350

Imagine Weight Loss Injections without the needles and the unwelcome side effects. This 4 session programme uses the power of your own mind to bring about the weight loss you desire. Your relationship with food changes, your appetite decreases, your desire for healthy foods increases, your motivation for exercise increases. A support audio is provided.

What is reiki?

A system of touching with the hands based on the belief that such touching by an experienced practitioner produces beneficial effects by strengthening and normalizing certain vital energy fields held to exist within the body.

Janice is a Reiki Master and is UK Reiki Federation registered.
